This is a famous view point offers panoramic views of the Nilgiris hills and the surrounding valley which stretches across 220 degrees. You can view the Moyar river Gorge. The river snakes it’s way through the valley below.
You can often spot the sacred Rangaswamy Peak and its distinctive pillar-like formations from Kodanad. If you are lucky and the weather is clear, you might even be able to see the point where the Western and Eastern Ghats meet.
